Infrastructure Architect - SQL Focused
Location: Basingstoke – 5 days a week – Office based

Your role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Architect to work as part of a multi-skilled agile team, including security, service, and management. Your role will involve:
* Owning the delivery of a work package from design through prototyping, ensuring it meets functional and non-functional requirements.
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving, scripting repeatable unit tests to exercise functionality, accounting for desired and undesired outcomes.
* Supporting the work package through user piloting and into production, providing early life support, and creating and maintaining support and design documentation.
* Delivering ongoing changes to the work package in response to evolving user requirements.
Your experience
Candidates must have advanced knowledge of:
* SQL Server
* Desirable but not essential: Microsoft Windows systems administration within an enterprise environment, delivery of configuration change via GPO, Registry, Filesystem, Powershell cmdlets, or WMI, as well as Windows Update and patching mechanisms, including Windows Installer.
