Assistant Cash & Liquidity Accountant at BAE Systems BAE Glascoed £15.30 paye OR £20.37 umbrella inside ir35 Contract: 12 Months BAE Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Cash & Liquidity Accountant to join our dynamic Shared Services team. Operating across three UK locations, our team provides crucial financial services to BAE Systems businesses both domestically and internationally Key Skills High degree of numeracy and strong attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Experience with various accounting systems & ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, LN). Experience working to strict deadlines and delivering quality service. The Job: Process non-automated payments and resubmit any failed payments. Post daily cash transactions to ERP systems before deadlines. Prepare and present weekly cash forecasts. Support RPA processes for payment run generation. Resolve stakeholder queries related to payments and cash postings. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Assist with audit support and document management. Collaborate on process automation initiatives to streamline services.
