K2 Integrity is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the London office. This position is a varied role and will provide administrative support to the office while working closely with the Operations controller.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with business travel for the London office. This includes Flights, Taxis, Hotels and Couriers.
* Data entry.
* Document binding and filing.
* Collating and analysing company expense information for credit card reconciliation.
* Setting up meetings.
* Putting together meeting agendas for business trips.
* Updating internal databases and spreadsheets, including supporting the Conflict Check process.
* Providing cover for the office manager, with greeting external visitors.
* Perform any other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
* 1 – 3 years experience in an administration role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
* Proficient organisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
* A positive and ‘roll up sleeves’ attitude.
* Confidence and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
* Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels.
* Experience with maintaining confidentiality on all workload aspects.
