As the successful candidate, you’ll be responsible for a range of key tasks, including managing the helpdesk, handling day-to-day administrative duties, collaborating closely with the Contract Managers, chasing down important documentation and invoices, and responding to calls and emails. Responsibilities & Duties: Receive and return phone calls in support of facilities function to ensure all activities are managed in a professional manner. Check and maintain FM Helpdesk Inbox Schedule reactive and help desk call outs. Open and close jobs To review jobs received during the working day and allocate accordingly to Engineers. Process purchase orders and invoices Issuing and closing planned and reactive maintenance visits Inputting data Support the Office & Contract Managers in the administration & delivery of departmental objectives Attending to queries should they arise General administration support Chasing and liaison daily Raising Corrective maintenance tasks following on from PPM completed tasks Organisation of day-to-day work to ensure that all key tasks are fulfilled Requirements: Contract Support experience Experience in FM General Administration CAFM knowledge
