Annual salary: £31,987 - £36,744
Hours: 38 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

This is an exciting time in our 70+ year history to be joining New Directions in Rugby, Warwickshire. We are a leading provider of learning, physical and autism disability support services to over 130 people through our range of services, including Residential Care homes, Supported Living services, Respite provision and our Day Opportunities service.
Our Head Office is central to everything we do. Leading our reception and administrative team, the Office Manager is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome to all, from job applicants, to visitors, to members of staff and to the people we support.
The role is varied, interesting and wide-ranging and has responsibility for the smooth running of our Head Office and the administrative function, supporting the company as we continue to grow and develop our services.
About You
With your extensive experience of administrative work, leading a team and managing office premises, you will enjoy the challenges of a varied and demanding role, where no two days are the same.
You will be responsible for ensuring the procurement and maintenance of all office and IT equipment, leading on recruitment and following safer recruitment processes, supporting the administration of training and ensuring compliance with regard to health and safety and data protection legislation.
You will have a keen approach to learning and developing new skills in order to further improve processes and to keep records and systems up-to-date, including staff records, policies, procedures, the company website and staff intranet.
With your team you will maintain and further develop effective recording systems for all staff and office records, to ensure the delivery of a professional and effective administrative function to the whole company.
