Our European Private Equity client has asked us to find a board-level individual who can advise them on strategy, performance improvement, and growth of their UK investment company.
This pan-European investment company is a disruptor in food delivery. This role is about partnership, distribution, sales, and market penetration (UK). The project might initially be up to 40 days of work over a 6 month period.
The Desired Candidate
We ideally need someone with a commercial background in one of the big food retailers (Tesco, M&S, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Asda etc.) or food/restaurant/leisure chains or distribution (Nandos, Pizza Express, Booker). We are looking for someone who is still very connected and current – perhaps in a “plural” capacity with advisory/Chair and NED roles.
This is an exciting tech disruptor, but they need help specifically with the UK market and how they build distribution.
