Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: - Act as the primary contact for inbound calls, addressing customer requests with a positive and proactive approach. - Assist customers by answering calls, recording incoming enquiries, and providing support. - Handle sales order and invoice processing. - Manage customer support tasks, including handling queries, and processing document and sample requests. Compliance Support: - Maintain BRC standards, ensuring all product specification sheets and related documents are current. - Keep the supplier database updated and ensure supplier self-audits are accurate and up-to-date. Bookkeeping: - Perform purchase invoicing and manage customer statements. - Oversee credit control to ensure smooth financial transactions.
