We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join our clients team on a part-time basis. Working fully on-site in a corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for all general HR queries while also supporting key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for general HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation.
* Draft and issue offer letters, contracts of employment, and other key HR documentation.
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including liaising with hiring managers, posting job adverts, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date using Sage HR.
* Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth induction process.
* Provide support with HR administration, including updating policies, handling employee changes, and managing probation periods.
* Support employee relations matters where required.
* Ensure compliance with HR best practices and legal requirements.
