Senior Account Manager (Facilities) Permanent, Full Time Competitive Package Location: Lincoln We’re recruiting for a dynamic Senior Account Manager (Facilities) to lead and manage our prestigious contract with Lincolnshire County Council (LCC). This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a strategic and complex account, overseeing Hard and Soft FM services, Asset Management, and specialist areas such as CDM, Asbestos, and Energy Management. The ideal candidate will be a confident and strategic leader with a proven ability to manage large-scale FM contracts. You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and strengthening client relationships. VINCI Facilities has been a trusted partner of Lincolnshire County Council since 2015, delivering high-quality FM services across an extensive portfolio, including schools, libraries, fire stations, and historic landmarks like Lincoln Castle. In October 2024, we secured a new five-year contract (with an option to extend) worth £10 million annually, reinforcing our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and service excellence. The successful candidate would be responsible for: Leadership & Team Management: Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering Hard and Soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and pest control. Drive team performance through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Service Delivery & Operations: Oversee Hard and Soft FM services across a diverse portfolio of 500 properties. Ensure effective Asset Management and Helpdesk operations to maintain efficiency and compliance. Compliance & Safety Management: Manage CDM regulations for construction and refurbishment projects. Oversee Asbestos Management Plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Develop Energy Management strategies to promote sustainability and cost efficiency. Client & Contract Management: Act as the primary liaison with Lincolnshire County Council, fostering a collaborative partnership. Ensure contract compliance, budget control, and the achievement of KPIs. Identify opportunities for service innovation and operational enhancements. Financial & Performance Reporting: Oversee financial performance, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
