This role is subject to:
* DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance - this post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013). Appointable candidates will be required to apply for a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Information provided by you or the DBS will be dealt with in a confidential manner and in accordance with the DBS Code of Practice which can be viewed here. Do you want to be part of an exciting new team, supporting a newly developed multi-disciplinary team who have the aim of providing bespoke interventions to families to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children and wider family network?
Your role will involve attendance at multi-agency meetings to take exceptional minutes, recording all actions and interventions agreed. The role will then involve updating the recording systems with the details of the meeting outcome.
There will also be partner meetings to arrange and attend.
Your role will involve creating and collating reports from test and learn data generated by the team.
There will be general admin such as raising orders, making payments, telephone work, and electronic filing.
The role will be based at Harpurhey District Office.
About the Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who is:
* Willing to learn new skills
* Flexible and open in their approach
* Has an interest in working for Children's Services Business Support in Manchester.
You will need to have:
* Excellent personal resilience
* Professionalism
* Excellent minute-taking skills as this is a key function of the role.
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills including keyboard skills, experience with various Microsoft packages
* Excellent analytical skills to support with data collation and provision
* Initiative to assist with solving problems
