And that means we always work with heart. Whether we’re helping our customers or looking after our people, you’ll find there’s a warmth and friendliness to everything we do.
We’re looking for a Copywriter to join our Insurance Money and Services team.
* The Copywriters talk to Tesco customers, helping them to understand what Tesco Insurance has to offer and how that sets us apart from our competitors. They're a word whizz and master of our brand standards.

* You’ll be working alongside the CRM executives, our Financial Promotions team and Communication Managers and Product Managers to create the best copy possible for our communications.
What you’ll be doing
* Content Creation - Write drafts of and edit content in line with organizational style guidelines for the CRM team’s marketing materials, as well as servicing communications.
* Marketing Communications - Assist with the development and delivery of CRM marketing communications to support the business plan and provide information to our customers.
* Brand Positioning - Apply brand guidelines and inform the organization on the importance of brand alignment and positioning.
* Performance Management - Prioritise own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
We need you to have
* Great copywriting skills for marketing materials - with a drive to write information for customers using plain English, replacing jargon and complicated wording where possible.
* Strong collaboration skills – you’ll need to co-ordinate with several other colleagues to create and deliver brilliant CRM campaigns.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, ensuring we create clear and impactful customer communications.
* Great organisational skills – you’ll often be juggling multiple campaigns and priorities.
And if you have any of these, even better
* An understanding of the insurance industry
* Experience working in a financially regulated environment
* Experience of writing for servicing communications
* Previous experience working in a customer service role
* Previous experience in a marketing role
