PRS are seeking to recruit an experienced Workflow Co-ordinator based in Rotherham. This is a contract role that runs to February 2026, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Candidates must hold an enhanced DBS.
Job Specification:
1. First point of contact for incoming calls and service requests.
2. Interpret and log work orders, entering details into an electronic CAFM system.
3. Providing and tracking regular updates to the status of the requests in line with SLA's.
4. Sort and dispatch engineers, sub-contractors, and site managers based on the correct skill set, geographical location, and SLA's.
5. Prioritise urgent jobs and plan/dispatch operatives/sub-contractors support to meet urgent demands.
6. Organise planned maintenance for engineers and sub-contractors.
7. Raise purchase orders.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.
9. Taking minutes.
10. Analysis of job history/running reports to avoid duplication.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in the use of IT, Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
2. Experience of CAFM systems (such as Maximo) - desirable.
3. Excellent communication and customer skills.
