Principal Responsibilities:
1. Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management Processes and Operational Activities in Azure AD/Entra
2. Experience in supporting customer requests for access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, role-base changes etc. on various platforms.
3. Access management process execution.
4. Experience with Entitlement Packages, PIM, and PAM.
5. Experience managing identity life cycle events (user onboarding, offboarding/terminations, transfers).
6. Focus on a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure.
7. Assist in administration of security tools, including upgrades and patching.
8. Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards and provide enhancement recommendations.
Other Responsibilities:
9. Support of other cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
10. Monitor the security endpoint devices in a distributed network
11. Document process and procedures for IT and non-IT staff
12. Complete projects and other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
13. Degree or diploma in a Computer Sciences program and/or related industry experience
14. Experience with IAM processes and procedures.
15. Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc.
16. Knowledge of security tools such as Zilla, Entra, and Sentinel
17. Strong technical and analytical skills.
18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
19. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
20. Detailed oriented with the ability to create security configuration plans
21. Ability to document data flows and network diagrams
22. Security+ or other foundational level security certifications preferred
23. Must have ability to collaborate and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environment
