The Role - Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will sell digital and traditional OOH advertising solutions to businesses across your region. Responsibilities include:
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation - Identifying and approaching new clients
2. Sales Meetings & Presentations - Building relationships and showcasing advertising solutions
3. Sales Pipeline Management - Keeping an up-to-date CRM and maintaining a strong flow of leads
4. Proposal Creation - Creating compelling sales pitches to secure new business
5. Revenue Growth - Achieving quarterly revenue targets while managing your time effectively
Who We're Looking For
To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you'll need:
1. Proven field sales experience (ideally in media sales, but other direct sales backgrounds considered)
2. A strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
4. CRM experience to manage client relationships and sales activity
5. Confidence, professionalism, and strong negotiation skills
6. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel within your region
