Job Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated, and organized individual to join our team and assist with the procurement and sales within our business.
This role will involve assisting in the process of sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and inspecting all of the goods and services our business needs to operate. The individual will be responsible for raising purchase orders via our in-house system, along with monitoring and updating our procurement records.
Additionally, this role will assist the sales team with inquiries, produce quotations, and manage correspondence between the sales team and customers. A professional demeanor and confidence on the telephone are required.
We will provide training on all our in-house systems.
Experience with the following would be beneficial but not crucial:
* Sage
* Construction-based experience
* Customer service experience
* Experience with purchasing
