SEN Learning Support Assistant Location: Winslow, MK18 Position Type: Full-Time Term time only Salary: £85-£100 per day We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time position requiring a hands-on approach to supporting students with varying special needs, including autism, ADHD, and sensory impairments, challening behaviour, Physical needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive learning experience and promoting student independence. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored one-to-one or group support for students with SEN. Implement and adapt individualised learning plans (ILPs) in collaboration with teaching staff and specialists. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioural skills. Liaise with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students. Participate in school activities, training, and team meetings as required.Requirements: Proven experience working with children or young adults with special educational needs. A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transport (essential due to the school's location). Relevant qualifications in SEN support or childcare (desirable but not essential)
