Client Services Coordinator
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service? We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our team in managing client interactions, processing quotations, and ensuring smooth operations.
About the Role as Client Services Coordinator:
As part of the Client Services team, you'll play a key role in processing client instructions, planning work schedules, and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless experience. You'll also assist with marketing initiatives, maintain accurate database records, and support the wider team in achieving business objectives.
Offering a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 - working fully on site based in Colchester.
Key Responsibilities as Client Services Coordinator:
1. Producing and processing client quotations and instructions accurately and in line with company service level agreements
2. Communicating with clients via phone and email, promoting services, and arranging appointments
3. Coordinating client access and scheduling work for Advisors and Surveyors in a cost-effective manner
4. Keeping client records up to date within the company's electronic database
5. Supporting marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's profile
6. Assisting other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across teams
7. Delivering a high standard of customer service and support
8. Managing email inboxes efficiently to maintain compliance with SLAs
9. Supporting key projects and additional administrative tasks as directed by the Process Manager
10. Meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines set by management
Requirements as a Client Services Coordinator:
1. Excellent organisational and time management skills
2. Strong communication and client relationship skills
3. A proactive and problem-solving approach
4. Experience in client services, administration, or a similar role
5. Confidence in handling multiple tasks and working collaboratively within a team
6. Familiarity with database management and Microsoft Office applications
