Contract Details:

* Hours: Average of 24 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
* Pay Rate: £14.89 per hour

✨ Key Responsibilities:
* Create a warm and professional reception experience for all visitors.
* Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them appropriately.
* Oversee room bookings and offer advice on meeting accommodations.
* Ensure building access compliance for all visitors and vendors.
* Assist users with various needs, including Wi-Fi login and building entry.
Support with Events:
* Set up and arrange meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and preparation.
* Troubleshoot issues during events and meetings.
* Coordinate hospitality arrangements, including catering services.
* Provide basic IT support and AV assistance during events.
* Act as health and safety contact and fire marshal.
