What you can expect as an Onboarding Co-Ordinator Fixed term contract until the end of May, 2025 Salary between £23-26k Hybrid Working from our Hull office Working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm As our new Onboarding Co-Ordinator, you will provide proactive onboarding support to external candidates and internal colleagues across the Cabot Credit Management group. You’ll be expected to deliver within key HR SLA’s to ensure that we are offering a first class onboarding service. Further responsibilities include: Conducting all pre-employment screening to Company & Client expectations within client SLA’s. Obtaining previous employment/academic references. Complete rechecks for colleagues where appropriate. Supporting with responding to Client Audit questionnaires. Coordinating client audit reviews– preparing & making available all the required employee files. Act as an Ambassador of the Employer Brand at all times. Liaise with IT, facilities and L&D functions to co-ordinate onboarding processes. Ensure all employee and departmental files are maintained and updated, always guaranteeing confidentiality. Ensure information held within the People System in accurate and up to date through regular monitoring and review. Pro-actively develop relationships across the Company and ensure all stakeholders are informed on key aspects relating to the administration function and the people system. Provide basic, generally telephone based, advice and support to internal customers on issues or high risk to the HR Management team. Work in conjunction with and, provide support to the HRSS team as required. Completion of contracts and new starter paperwork. Things we need from you: Proven experience in an Administration role Strong attention to detail Excellent planning and organisational skills Customer focused approach Strong verbal and written communication skills Evidence of working to tight deadlines and delivering results under pressure Fully competent with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel Integrity, flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential. Previous experience of working in an HR function is desirable but not essential Proactive and solutions focused Excellent organisational and time-management skills with ability to prioritise Team player and also able to work on own initiative when required Strong problem solving skills What happens next?
