Job Title: Architect

Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic RIBA-qualified Architect to join their team and work on exciting new commissions. Ideal candidates should have experience across RIBA Work Stages 1-7, the ability to lead teams and work independently, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong technical, design, and presentation skills are essential.
Qualifications:
* RIBA Part 1, 2 & 3 – Essential (or equivalent qualifications with UK NARIC Statement of Comparability)
* ARB Registration – Essential
Role Overview:
* Lead project design and coordination, typically focusing on a primary project.
* Act as client liaison on smaller commissions.
* Represent the practice in external meetings with clients and consultants.
* Mentor junior team members.
* Develop project and team leadership skills, from design inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management, ensuring alignment with RIBA guidance and best practices.
* Client liaison and reporting responsibilities.
* Design, contract administration, financial coordination, and compliance.
* Managing planning and building control processes.
* Chairing and documenting meetings, issuing project information, and maintaining records.
* Supporting bid preparation and business networking.
* Maintaining project cost control and ensuring services align with client agreements.
Skills & Software Proficiency:
* Revit / AutoCAD
* Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
* MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)
