Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication abilities
* Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems
* Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
* Food safety certification a plus
* Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
* Valid driver license and own car preferable
