We’re a shoe manufacturer focused on providing shoes for people on their feet all day, our shoes are mainly used in facilities management, catering and hospitality industries. We ship to approx. 50 countries with the UK currently being our biggest market.

Key Responsibilities
* Target and Close High-Value Opportunities: Engage with large corporate prospects, focusing on high-value, qualified leads and working to secure significant new accounts.
* Navigate Multi-Stakeholder Sales Processes: Understand and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, addressing diverse needs and preferences.
* Adapt to Customer Supply Preferences: Facilitate client purchasing by navigating supply routes based on each customer’s preference, whether through direct purchasing or via a preferred supplier.
* Relationship Building: Establish trust-based, strategic relationships with key decision-makers, aligning our solutions with client needs and internal procurement processes.
* Manage Entire Sales Process: Control each step of the sales process, providing a seamless handover to the Account Management team once the account is secured.
* Travel for In-Person Client Engagements: Meet potential clients on-site as needed for presentations, negotiations, and relationship-building with all involved stakeholders.
* Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track all sales activities, supply route preferences, and conversion metrics, providing accurate reports and forecasts for management.
Experience Required:
* Proven record of winning large accounts.
* Experience in selling value added products.

Pay: £60,000.00 per year + OTE
