Planning Administrator Lincoln Full-time We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Planning Administrator for our client. You will be providing administrative support for the Production Planning team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate documentation and seamless operations in their manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities-Planning Administrator Launching paperwork to accompany orders being processed through shop floor Make amendments on a manufacturing orders waiting to start and already started Liaising with other departments for guidance and instructions on making unique amendments To ensure the latest information is updated on the system and is reflected on paperwork when required Checking completed paperwork, to ensure all information is present and correct prior to being sent for archive scanning Support the planners with execution of the plan Work with daily reports to ensure data on the system is correct and accurate Action drawing and routing amendment, ensuring the latest information is updated on the system and is reflected on paperwork Carry out quantity deviations on started orders when an order has made more or less than originally planned To carry out investigations into transaction anomalies and correct as required. Assist with the annual stock take.
