Elite Venue Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at one of our prestigious hotels in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce high-quality dishes as per the guidance of our Head Chef.
* Assist in the preparation and service of meals for various menus.
* Adhere to our stock control procedures.
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Add a touch of creativity to our dishes.
Requirements
* Level 2 food hygiene certificate.
* Experience in working in a hotel kitchen.
* Strong communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
