To support this transformation, we’re looking for a talented person to join our Internal Communications team. As an Internal Communications Business Partner, you will help to tell the Capital One story by collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop and implement communications strategies and plans that inform and engage our associates. What you’ll do Partner with senior stakeholders to co-create high quality, high impact communications plans which support the delivery of our strategic priorities and desired business outcomes It’s not all big picture though, you’ll also have the opportunity to get stuck in and develop and deliver communications assets using the most appropriate channels for the audience and message Act as a trusted advisor to your stakeholders, providing expert advice, guidance and coaching on communication and engagement best practice Contribute to the development and help lead the overarching Internal Communications strategy and annual plan Actively measure and report on the effectiveness of IC to drive a culture of continuous improvement and high quality service Proactively identify and share stories that drive strategic engagement and/or build our culture with a wider audience Be an advocate for Internal Communications across the business, at all levels What we’re looking for Someone who combines strong strategic comms thinking with a track record of successful tactical delivery Significant experience in developing and managing insight-led communications strategies and plans An excellent stakeholder manager who communicates, challenges and influences stakeholders at all levels Strong planning and project management skills across multiple projects Excellent writing, proofreading and editing skills Crisis communications experience Strong technical knowledge of digital and social internal communications channels We are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve. Where and how you'll work This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
