This role is in our Nottingham City HomelessnessServices and will support Framework in meeting the needs of citizens who are homeless or at risk ofhomelessness. This varied role requires a flexible individual with professionalism and attention to detail at the heart ofeverything they do. You will be responsible for processing and administrating all referrals from Nottingham City CouncilsHousing Solutions department into our City Accommodation Services. We are looking for a person that is enthusiastic, has great interpersonal and organisational skills, has a willingness to learn and can work effectively and efficiently within a team and is solution focused. The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition from homeless tohoused for Nottingham citizens as well as meeting our contractual obligations to the local authority. A good understanding of the needs of people who are homeless or vulnerably housed, as well as theHomeless Reduction Act would be beneficial. Duties & Responsibilities To handle telephone calls and other enquiries from service users and general public in order to deal with or signpost to relevant agencies. To ensure patient referrals are processed and recorded onto the computer system/spread sheets in line with data quality requirements. Maintaining confidential patient records files, scanning, archiving and maintenance of effective security for the filing room. Correspondence filing, photocopying, faxing, collating documents and petty cash handling. To undertake stock control and ordering to ensure adequate supplies of stationery, equipment, furniture and other office supplies. To ensure the smooth running of team meetings, GP clinics and Multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and take accurate minutes Why Join Us?
