Salary & Package
We offer a competitive salary package, including a car allowance or company car scheme. The estimated annual salary for this role is around £60,000 - £70,000, depending on location and experience. About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled culinary professional to lead our teams in delivering outstanding food experiences across the region. As a Regional Culinary Excellence Lead, you will support the Head of Food in implementing our obsessed manifesto, providing strong culinary leadership, expertise, and quality control across multiple locations. You will develop innovative menus, train and motivate staff, ensure compliance with regulations, manage costs, and foster relationships with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Food in delivering our obsessed manifesto
* Provide strong culinary leadership and expertise to multiple locations
* Develop innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and regional market trends
* Train, mentor, and motivate culinary staff to achieve excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service
* Maintain strict quality control standards across all locations
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
* Manage food and labour costs within budgetary constraints
* Foster strong relationships and effective communication with other departments
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in a demanding kitchen at the relevant level, hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above, and possess excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers.
