Main Duties of the Job:- Maintaining and monitoring the practice appointment system Arranging face-to-face/telephone appointment requests, visits/telephone consultations and directing callers to the appropriate healthcare professional Processing emails Creating Patient Tasks Processing repeat prescriptions in accordance with practice guidelines Initiating contact with and responding to requests from patients, other team members and associated healthcare agencies and providers Providing clerical assistance to practice staff as required, including word/data processing, filing and photocopying
