We are seeking a Customer Finance Business Partner Analyst to support our Sales & Trade Marketing teams. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing trade investments, managing credit risks, and enhancing cash flow to achieve our ambitious financial goals.
As a vital member of our team, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Your financial acumen will enable informed decision-making and contribute to the continuous growth of our commercial margins.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Enable strategic insights and conversations around route to market, distribution channels, trade investments and pricing.
2. Build Revenue Growth Management frameworks into all commercial decisions.
3. Support the preparation and evaluation of business cases and providing financial advice and analysis to support commercial decisions.
4. Support & enable Sales & Trade Marketing to jointly create and deliver financial targets.
5. Support the budgeting and forecasting process, enabling Sales teams to understand the impact of those assumptions to drive business ownership.
6. Monitor and drive financial performance by providing strategic commentary and insight to the reporting of actuals, and overlay insight on customer and competitor landscapes.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), MBA or equivalent
8. Relevant experience in finance business partnering and / or Financial Planning & Analysis.
9. Ability to present data and findings concisely. Ability to influence.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Attention to detail.
