This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team.
Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices
2. AP Mailbox – work through emails, responding to queries in a timely manner
3. Weekly Payment Runs
4. Processing payments
5. Reviewing and processing credit card claims
6. Supplier Statement reconciliations
7. Month end tasks
Skills required:
1. Purchase Ledger experience is essential
2. Highly proficient Excel skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong team player
5. High levels of attention to detail
