Base pay range
Role: Interim Finance Manager
Daily Rate: £300 - £375 ltd comp per day (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Initial contract of 4 months, likely to extend
Location: Near Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Hybrid role: 3 days on-site per week)

The Role:
As an Interim Finance Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the financial operations of the organisation. Your responsibilities will include managing the month-end processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving the budgeting and forecasting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management: Oversee the financial management processes, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and compliance.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support informed financial planning.
3. Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to inform strategic decisions and enhance financial performance.

Experience Required:
1. Significant experience in finance management is essential.
2. Strong month-end accounting experience is required.

4. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred but QBE will be considered.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role based near Ashby-de-la-Zouch, requiring 3 days on-site attendance each week as necessary.
