Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the facilities team and ensure efficient facilities management at ACS International School, focusing on our Egham and Hillingdon campuses.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing the development and management of campus facilities, in alignment with the ACS Strategic Plan, annual budgets, and Service Level Agreements.
This role requires a commercially astute individual with experience of managing significant operational and capital budgets, as well as expertise in hard services, fabric maintenance, and M&E.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent ACS to external parties and interface with internal partners, staff, consultants, and contractors.

ACS International Schools educate over 2,400 students from more than 70 countries, operating three schools in Greater London.
Our campuses offer state-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms, libraries, science labs, art studios, cafeterias, gyms, auditoriums, and music centres.
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience of leading and motivating facilities teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercially astute with experience of managing significant operational and capital budgets.
* Expertise in hard services, fabric maintenance, and M&E.
* NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
