Responsibilities
* Manage your own territory consisting of over 120 stores, visiting around 10 – 15 per day.
* Provide bespoke service to each customer, advising them on best sellers and upcoming offers.
* Deliver individual KPIs while being an active part of a supportive team.
* Cash and carry visits to collect stock.
* Plan your day ahead using your call file.
* Maintain a safe work environment.
* Build strong relationships with customers to maximize service.
* Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio.
* Achieve and exceed business KPIs.
* Champion an aspect of your role for the team.
Qualifications
* Full, manual UK driving license.
* Selling skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Relationship building.
* Time management.
* A positive and persuasive attitude towards your work.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Experience working to targets.
