About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on People Operations Coordinator to keep our HR operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the go-to person for HR processes across the employee life-cycle. You’ll also play a key role in making the most of our HiBob system, so we’re after someone who knows this system well and can support others with making the most of this HRIS.
This role is perfect for someone who loves the operational side of HR and thrives on creating seamless processes, with a natural ability to connect with people and handle sensitive matters with empathy and discretion.
What You Will Do
1. Provide general HR administrative support across the employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and contract management.
2. Manage and maintain the HiBob system, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting needs.
3. Coordinate the administration of benefits, our learning and development platform, and employee performance cycles.
4. Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing clear advice on HR policies and processes.
5. Support employee relations cases by preparing documentation, taking notes, and advising on best practices.
6. Assist with payroll processes by ensuring accurate employee data is submitted on time.
7. Partner with managers to support recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
8. Collaborate with the wider HR team on projects to enhance engagement, well-being, and employee experience.
You will report in to the Head of People Operations.
HiBob System Expertise
1. Be the HiBob admin expert for the team, making sure it’s running like clockwork and supporting both day-to-day needs and strategic initiatives.
2. Generate reports and insights from HiBob to support decision-making across the business.
3. Train managers and team members on how to use HiBob effectively.
Supporting Employee Engagement
1. Assist in organising engagement initiatives, well-being activities, and recognition programs.
2. Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted HR point of contact.
3. Handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For
1. HiBob Admin expertise is a must.
2. A natural multitasker with brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
3. High emotional intelligence—you’re approachable, empathetic, and great at building relationships.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts.
5. Familiarity with HR processes like performance management, learning, and benefits administration is a big plus.
