POSITION TITLE: Sales Manager
At the Courthouse Hotel, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth & developing strategic sales plans. This role requires a results-oriented individual with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Proven experience as a sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
* Good knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering.
* Previous experience in travel & tourism, service sector preferred.
* Previous Experience in the Middle East Market preferred.
* Experience and knowledge within the 4-5* hotel market in Central London.
