HR Administrator (6809)
Purpose of the Job
In the role of HR Executive, you will be the critical support pillar for our human resources department, managing and owning a variety of administrative tasks and serving as the primary point of contact for our team on HR-related topics.
Job Responsibilities
* Admin support for the HR Function.
* Supporting recruitment processes, including handling the application and shortlisting process, liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, supporting hiring managers, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage.
* Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling and delivering all inductions.
* Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and ensuring compliance.
* Maintaining an accurate HR information system (Success Factors) with employee information and necessary documentation.
* Producing informative reports using the HRIS.
* Supporting accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
* Supporting absence management processes ensuring accurate records and timelines are maintained.
* Driving and supporting the roll-out of reward and recognition programs, CSR events, and maintaining a positive work environment.
* Liaising with external partners such as recruitment agencies, vendors, and suppliers.
* Ensuring legal and best practice compliance in all activities.
* Protecting the organization's values by keeping information confidential.
* Other ad hoc duties as required by the Senior HR Business Partner, including participation in projects.
Experience and Education
* Experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
* CIPD Level 3 Minimum (desirable).
* Good written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various levels.
* Very strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* On-site availability, 5 days per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally as required.
