Salary: Inner London Pay Scale, L5 – L9 (£61,003 - £66,402)

MLK Education Search are seeking an exceptional Director of Sports with a proven track record in teaching and leadership, to head up a Physical Education and Sports department which already boasts a strong reputation.

PE is an extremely popular subject, attracting high numbers at GCSE. The successful candidate will be innovative, as well as having the management skills to move PE forward. We offer an inspiring curriculum that promotes core sports and skills, as well as the opportunity to teach a range of accredited courses, leadership awards, and an Elite athlete programme.
You will be:

* Able to evidence a track record of successful student outcomes across Key Stages 3-5, and raising performance in PE.
