Area Sales Manager/Sales Manager Industrial Solutions The Client: A large manufacturer with huge presence in the UK and a market leading range of products and systems. Well-known and respected for their engineering pedigree. They retain staff extremely well due to the culture and environment they create and because of the progression and incentives on offer to all staff. The Role: You will have overall sales responsibility for a territory in Scotland, mainly the central belt area. Last year your patch returned around £2m in sales revenue with further growth expected this year. You will promote a range of products and services which are market leading and trusted across your customer base. This customer base sits within various vertical markets including Food, Drinks, Power, Petrochemical and Pharma. Mainly End-Users but with some exciting OEMs to manage along with some Key Accounts that reside in your territory. Average tenure for the sales team in Scotland is 10 years so you ll be joining a successful and committed business unit. The Person: Its likely that you are a proven sales person with experience of selling engineered components/systems to any industrial sector. The Rewards: A basic salary of £40 50,000 is on offer with around £10 12,000 bonus per year. Also included is a Company Car, Private Healthcare and Pension.
