This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service multidisciplinary team based in Amersham and Aylesbury. Working together to enable clients and their families to live a meaningful life alongside their neurological conditions, our rehabilitation approach facilitates self-management skills to enable clients to achieve their value-led goals.
