We re working with an established, family ran shopfitting company that s looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly office team. You ll get hands-on experience in both finance and general administration, with plenty of support and training to help you grow.

As a Finance Administrator, you ll be responsible for:
* Supporting with day-to-day tasks like processing invoices and purchase orders
* Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
* Assisting with general office administration tasks such as filing, emails, and answering phones
* Communicating with suppliers and clients to resolve queries
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed
What We re Looking For:
* No specific experience is required, but any administration or finance experience would be a bonus
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Basic IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
Other Information:
* Salary: GBP25,000 per year
* Office based: Monday - Friday, 08:00
* Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
* Christmas Shutdown
