The Role: Sales & Marketing Manager
This is a dual-focused role, requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across sales and marketing.
🚀 Sales Focus: Drive new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the UK market. You’ll manage the existing Sales Executive and have the opportunity to scale the team further.
📢 Marketing Leadership: Shape our marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. This is a high-impact role with the autonomy to define, refine, and drive our revenue and marketing efforts forward.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
* New Business Generation: Identify and secure new clients via networking, cold outreach, and digital campaigns.
* Consultative Selling: Engage with businesses to understand their IT challenges and propose tailored solutions.
* Presentations & Proposals: Deliver compelling sales pitches and negotiate contracts.
* Pipeline Management: Track opportunities, report on key metrics, and refine sales strategies.
* Upselling & Account Management: Work with existing clients to identify expansion opportunities.
* Team Oversight: Manage and develop the Sales Executive, ensuring strong sales performance.
Marketing & Brand Growth
* Marketing Strategy: Lead and execute initiatives to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
* Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee website updates, email campaigns, SEO, and social media strategies.
* Event & Partnership Management: Plan and execute webinars, industry events, and collaborations.
* Market Research: Monitor competitor activity, emerging trends, and customer needs.
* Performance Analytics: Track and optimize campaign effectiveness based on data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For
✅ IT Sales Experience (MSP Preferred): At least 3-5 years of experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
✅ Proven Sales Success: Strong track record of winning new business and closing IT support contracts.
✅ Marketing Expertise: Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B IT services.
✅ Leadership Potential: Experience managing or willingness to manage a small team (Sales Executive & Marketing Executive).
✅ Strategic Thinker & Doer: Ability to both plan high-level strategies and execute hands-on sales and marketing activities.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Understanding of cybersecurity, networking, cloud solutions, and managed services.
✅ Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills to engage and close deals with decision-makers.
✅ Proficiency in CRM & Digital Tools: Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing software.

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)
