Contracts Administrator
Location: Chatham
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical based in Chatham, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, edit, and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
2. Maintain organised records of all contract documents, amendments, and correspondence.
3. Work with relevant departments to gather approvals and ensure timely contract execution.
4. Track contract timelines, renewal dates, and notify relevant parties in advance.
5. Verify that contracts meet regulatory, company, and legal requirements.
6. Assist in negotiating terms and conditions to align with company policies and goals.
