We are seeking an experienced HSQE Consultant to support our business management systems on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and manage the business management system across sites
* Collaborate closely with the Eastern Region HSQE Manager
* Ensure teams operate safely and in accordance with HSQE standards
* Identify issues, provide solutions, and influence positive change on-site
* Proactively prevent accidents and incidents by identifying risks
* Manage and conduct internal audits in-house
* Maintain and update the HSQE System in line with legislative requirements
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the rail industry
* NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications
* Proven experience in auditing
* Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* A full UK driving licence
