About the Role
Coordinate/supervise reactive electrical works, electrical callouts and project work. Update and manage internal records.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Electrical installation work level 3 with extensive experience post-apprenticeship.
2. Hold either SMSTS or SSSTS safety qualification.
3. Working knowledge of Fire alarms BS5839 and emergency lighting BS5266.
4. Extensive experience of all types of electrical installation work, repairs and Pre Planned Maintenance work across the commercial and industrial sector.
5. Small project design and delivery, from concept to hand over.
6. Experience of managing resources e.g., staff, plant and materials.
- This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
