In this role, you will deliver bespoke, targeted, and responsive support for pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour, making a real difference in their lives.
We are partnering with a secondary school in Swansea that requires staff with experience in managing challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a background in behaviour management and may hold relevant qualifications in positive behaviour strategies.

- Knowledge of UK schooling and pastoral care systems.

- Identify, engage, and mentor pupils with challenging behaviour.
- Encourage and motivate pupils to improve classroom engagement and attendance.
- Support the school with other responsibilities, such as lunchtime supervision.
