Remuneration: £60,000 Neg. + Company Bonus Scheme

The role of the National Sales Manager - Mezzanine Floor Systems for Third-Party Logistics will involve:
1. Field sales position, promoting robot automation for the use within mezzanine floor applications
2. Managing and developing relationships with system integrators (automation companies), main contractors and trade customers (600+ distributors of our clients manufactured range of integrated mezzanine floors)
3. Typically targeting third-party logistics and automation as well as automated warehousing, distribution, commercial office, production, retail, self-storage and storage
4. New product for our client, hence predominantly new business development role
5. Anticipated typical project sizes circa £1m (floor area over 3,000m2-5,000m2), but will range up to potentially £5m
6. UK will be the initial focus but once established it is expected that you will develop opportunities in Europe
7. Realistic target for year one would be approx. a couple of orders and the development/ establishment of a sales pipeline
8. Reporting to main board
The ideal applicant will be a National Sales Manager - Mezzanine Floor Systems for Third-Party Logistics with:
1. Must have some knowledge of 3PL/ Third party Logistics or automation sectors
2. Demonstrable track record within field sales and business development
3. Knowledge of robots for automation would be ideal but is not essential
4. Associated products such as warehousing doors and infrastructure, mezzanine floors, logistics & destruction systems, storage and self-storage applications may be advantageous
5. Engineering field sales experience preferred, a degree within an engineering discipline may prove helpful
6. Contacts within system integrators (automation companies), main contractors or distributors is not essential
7. Comfortable with sales and delivery of technically complex, engineered systems
8. Entrepreneurial, innovative and creative
9. Self-driven, results orientated and a positive outlook
