Hours:Monday to Fridaty 9-5pm

Job purpose:
To provide secretarial, administrative support and assistance to the residential conveyancing team
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Audio typing, preparing and amending draft documents.
2. Opening Files and sending initial letters
3. Providing clients with quotes.
4. Preparing completed files for storage.
5. Making and receiving telephone calls.
6. Dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone.
7. Making appointments and assisting with queries.
8. Liaising with Accounts departments to obtain cheques, print-outs etc as necessary.
9. Liaising with other members of staff as appropriate.
10. General filing, photocopying and other duties as required by the fee earners
11. Carrying out all other general clerical duties as required.
12. Providing reception cover as and when required during holiday and sickness.
