What does the Customer Service Representative role involve?
You'll be joining a people and technology-driven business, handling customer calls about life assurance, savings, investments, or pensions. Whether assisting with retirement planning, updating details, or supporting families during bereavements, you'll ensure a seamless experience.
Alongside customer interactions, you'll support the team with essential back-office tasks, including managing documentation, handling post, ordering stationery, and assisting the financial administration department.
Comprehensive training is provided, so financial services experience isn't required. Many colleagues join us from contact centres, retail, hospitality, or travel, bringing valuable customer service skills.
