As a Robot Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of manufacturing machinery and equipment. This position requires a strong technical aptitude, diligence, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing process. A key part of the Working Robot Technician is also to support production lines repairing weld failures and operating machinery when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
2. Ensure machines are calibrated and configured correctly for each production run.
3. Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify product specifications are met.
4. Identify and address any deviations from quality standards and report issues to supervisors.
5. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime.
7. Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
8. Suggest and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
9. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output, and quality control checks.
10. Complete production reports and update documentation as required.
11. Collaborate closely with team members, engineers, and supervisors to achieve production goals.
12. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
13. Support repairs on production areas.
14. Able to work in any production area when required.
