We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading fashion brand to recruit an enthusiastic French-speaking Customer Service Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised company in the fashion industry, providing top-tier digital support to their French-speaking customers.
As part of the Customer Service team, you will focus primarily on handling email and live chat inquiries, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to exceptional service. With an emphasis on exceptional French writing skills, this role requires a highly organised and customer-centric individual who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage email and live chat inquiries from French-speaking customers, delivering prompt and professional responses.
* Provide high-quality customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and product-related queries in exceptional French writing.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, offering thoughtful, clear solutions and advice.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the company’s CRM system.
* Contribute to team goals and consistently meet performance targets, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Experience:
* Fluency in French (native-level or equivalent) with excellent written communication skills, particularly in a professional, customer-facing setting.
* Strong command of English to communicate effectively with internal teams.
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a digital support environment (email/live chat).
* A passion for the fashion industry and a keen interest in providing a luxury customer experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that every customer interaction is clear, professional, and of the highest standard.
* A proactive and friendly approach to problem-solving, with the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus, though not essential.
